I have developed a personalised 360-degree appraisal for Heads and SLTs which includes on-site interviews, meetings and online surveys of staff, parent and governor views. In addition, while working in partnership with Catapult Solutions, I can provide an AxiametricsÆ profile based on value science which shows how a candidate will function within your organisation and identify any areas of risk.
A detailed and insightful report containing qualitative and quantitative feedback and agreed recommendations is then provided for the Head and Chairman of Governors.
Recruitment for Senior Leadership
I offer an individualised service for schools seeking to make headship or senior leadership appointments. Throughout the process, I offer the school, governors and candidates complete support and insightful feedback.
